Comprende?
They, their relatives or friends. Not necessarily themselves, but not excluding themselves either. Now, do you comprehend?

Sounds like a plan.

Yes but your post implicitly states that those polled are illegal. You do not specify whether some or all are in fact illegal immigrants. Which makes it look like you assume they are all illegal immigrants, when that is clearly not the case.

How did you do on the SAT Reading section? Because it still doesn't look like you fully understood my reply.

I do not have a proclivity for BS. Nor will I dignify your intended insult with a response.

Relax, Benicar. It's not as bad as you think... No, of course we're not "arbitrarily deporting legal immigrants"....(silly !!)...that's not what this country is 'all about'.

All we're doing, (and don't listen to the rumors out there), really, is we're "making life hard and difficult for people whose only crime is wanting to work". Even THAT sounds pretty cold, I know....but 'deporting legal immigrants'? That would be absurd. We're really just deporting SOME immigrants.

Thanks for the clarification. Due to my deficiency, it’s hard for me to grasp these articles -- especially this one with all of those big words. I was hoping legal immigrants weren’t being targeted. I sure would hate for my son to lose his dad. It’s nice to know he won’t be “arrested at any time and shipped out of the country.†Boy, is that a load off of my mind.

No.

The propaganda serves its purpose : to establish a mindset that illegal aliens are immigrants, and therefore, we are deporting citizens. They are most certainly, not citizens. They're are most certainly, not immigrants. They are, however, most certainly, criminals. Anyone using this propaganda knows better (see Obama). The Pew Hispanic Center certainly knows the difference, and should therefore be considered an outright liar (just like Obama). Let's read a bit further and maybe we'll see why . .

"Respondents indicated that increased societal tensions have made them targets of ethnic discrimination and that's why they've had a harder time finding and keeping jobs and homes."

Ah, so it's not that little item of being here illegally, commiting identity theft to work, document fraud, etc., but it's because of all this racism. That's why illegal aliens are being arrested and deported. Racism. Anything else Pew?

". . all Latinos showed vehement opposition to the government's ongoing illegal immigration crackdown.

Eight out of ten are against local police acting as immigration enforcers and nearly just as many disapproved of work-site raids. Majorities also opposed the criminal prosecution of unauthorized workers and the employers who hire them."

Honestly, I'm not sure what a Latino is. Something you order at Starbucks? They are Romans? Our illegal alien problem is Romans? Whatever, they seem to advocate "vehement oppostion" to the laws of this country. Strange too, as I recall the founder of MALDEF saying : California is going to be a Hispanic state and anyone who doesn't like it, should leave. I wonder if we should adopt this mentality in order to communicate better with these Latinos (whatever they are).

"Regarding fears of deportation, 53 percent of immigrants said they worried “a lot” about it, up from 43 percent last year."

Dang, we're back to propaganda again, since we don't generally deport immigrants unless they're criminals. Basically, illegal aliens are worried about being deported and my personal thoughts are -- obviously, they aren't worried enough or they'd have taken the get home free card we offered them via self-deport. Oops! Too late.

"The survey results were not surprising to the Federation fro American Immigration Reform — the country's leading anti-illegal-immigration lobby group — which noted that increased pessimism among illegal immigrants means increased optimism for the country."

Fro?

Man it's tough communicating with Latinos. Afro? To and fro? Federation fro? What do they mean? They actually pay people to write this stuff?

Spare me the research...are these immigrants (who by definition are legal) or illegal aliens?

That said, The KKK was/is also a terrorist organization, but they currently aren't the "biggest, meanest gang of all" as fortunately much of their "power" has been lost..
