Good! I only wish they both were given 10-year prison sentences. They should also prohibit them from ever operating a business in this country.

A Montgomery County man has been sentenced to 15 months in prison and three years of supervised release for money laundering and hiring illegal immigrants to work in his El Pollo Rico restaurant in Wheaton, according to the Maryland U.S. Attorney's office.

Juan Faustino Solano, 57, of Kensington is accused of hiring illegal immigrants and paying them cash, according to a news release from the office.

His sister, Consuelo Solano, 69, of Arlington, Va., last week received two months in prison and eight months of home detention for money laundering, the release said.

The two must cooperate with the investigation to determine back taxes owed on the restaurant. Both also were ordered to forfeit $7.2 million, including 13 bank or investor accounts, a life insurance policy, eight properties in Wheaton, Kensington, Germantown and Silver Spring, three vehicles, collectible coins and jewelry.

The amount also includes $2.1 million in cash found in Consuelo Solano's home during a search in July 2007.

HALLELUJAH, Benicar!

Hopefully, we'll see an update AFTER the IRS completes their investigation and attack.

We stopped by to eat their pollo al brasa so many times when we were undocumented."

A Guatemalan who works at El Pollo Rico... was devastated to learn that one of her cousins was taken into custody. "He had already built half of a house in Guatemala. Now none of his dreams will come to pass."

Word of the arrests spread throughout the community yesterday, with callers on local Spanish-language radio stations warning listeners to stay away from Maryland...

"What occurred here was not right... They took those poor guys as if they were criminals..."

At least four Montgomery County police officers helped federal agents conduct the investigation... The officers' role was to interview El Pollo Rico employees to gather information about their identity and employment, according to the affidavit...
Obviously, they have no comprehension of the meaning of "criminal."

Wonder how many houses got bought with the proceeds of these dirtbags. I bet you can multiply this buy the tens of thousands across the US. Just think about how much in taxes that is.

Get all of those greedy dirtbags! It's time to put these human slavemasters in their place! Taking advantage of the American people by employing people with no right to take a US job will offer severe consequenses in the near future. To the businesses that continue to employ the lawless: Don't toy with an angry America!

I'm hoping that in days to come, any and every US/Legal Citizen who is knowingly discriminated against and wittnesses that a job was given to an Illegal instead of that Citizen, automatically reports that employer without hesitation.
