Good, now let's have this measure expanded to ALL prisons nationwide.
I'd love to read the responses from the ACLU, SPLC, MeCHA, etc.

Obviously, Sheriff Barry has been learning from Sheriff Joe.
With the crashing economy: somehow I doubt that MEChA etc. will dare raise too much of a fuss. The (and I hate to say this) prejudice is growing against at least Spanish speaking Latinos as a group----------and, I will lay most of it directly on the feet of the illegal immigrants' rights activists.

like its some sort of violation to determine who is in prison and their residence status. more and more every action by police esp ICE is seen as some sort of violation. they are law enforcement they are enforcing the law not violating the law, the ones here are violating the law that is why they are in jail. more and more crimes are committed against the community and then the cops are put on trial.
do they really take them from the jail cell to the border? ow do they ensure they dont sneak back across?
gps chipping yall!!!
I am all for chipping any illegal caught.
