At Lake Dixon the Game Wardens turn a blind eye to the lawlessness. There are usually 20 people fishing on the fishing wharf and the only ones they even bother to check are the ones with a license hanging from their hat or neck. The rest of the adult population appears invisible. I did ask one time why this happens and he said it did no good to question or ticket as they would simply give him a fake name and address.
