What do you think are the chances that pro-amnesty Hispanic politicians like Antonio Villaraigosa or Bill Richardson will in the future become president of the United States ?

I could see it happening if another amnesty were passed. The majority of hispanics, (legal and illegal) support amnesty and the Laraz motto of "everything for the race". For those reasons, coupled with their 3rd world cultural breeding habits, it would definitely be possible.
Obama wants to give illegal aliens amnesty and has promoted it in his campaign speeches. What the real problem is, only the illegal alien supporters are getting their messages to the politicians. Americans need to start writing and calling their local, state and federal politicians to Stop Amnesty and to deport illegal aliens and end birthright citizenship with retro action.
OR
Americans will have to explain to their children why, they chose the "Dark Ages" for their children to live in.
Silly thread, anyway. We now have a black President who is in favor of giving illegal immigrants amnesty. He beat out a fellow contender for his party's nomination, a female candidate who favors giving amnesty to illegal immigrants (She's now Secretary of State). After he got the nomination over HER, he ran against a white candidate who ALSO favored giving illegal immigrants amnesty....and when he won the election, he replaced a white outgoing President who favored giving illegal immigrants amnesty.
Why shouldn't a Hispanic politician who favors giving amnesty to illegals, be elected President? Just about everyone IN politics favors giving amnesty to illegals, and the few who do NOT are looked at as "loose cannons".
Of course, he could always SAY he favors amnesty, get himself elected, and then simply "go back on his word". That's another trick quite common among politicians.

Yeah but the overwhelming majority of Hispanics do not believe a Republican politician when she or he says they are in favor of giving amnesty to the millions of illegals living in this country hence why the Republican party has never gotten over 50% of the Hispanic vote in a presidential election.

Careful, a lot of Cubans became Republicans after Reagan's Muriel boat lift. Anyway... as we have seen recently anything is finally possible.

Good point. There are some pretty 'hard case' conservative Cuban-Americans, all right.
By the way, you're confusing your Cuban port cities with your cigars...it's "Mariel", not "Muriel"....pretty easy mistake to make, though, since the subject is Cuba...
