How sad. Rather than sending a letter to Calderon requesting he improve conditions in Mexico, they are hoping Obama will allow Mexican illegal aliens to remain in the US. Calderon should be embarrassed.
Obviously, Elvira is still exploiting her son. What a pathetic excuse for a mother.

MEXICO CITY (AP) -- About a dozen U.S.-born children of deported immigrants are hoping to catch President Barack Obama's attention during his visit to Mexico's capital.
The children have given a letter to the U.S. Embassy asking the president to stop deportations of Mexican immigrants.
They gathered outside the embassy Thursday as Obama met with Mexican President Felipe Calderon. Among them was 12-year-old Saul Arellano, the son of a woman who holed up for a year in a Chicago church before being deported in 2007.
Talks on immigration reform are likely to start this year but are not at the top of Obama's agenda.

None of them are "mothers". There is a difference between those who breed for the soul purpose of eating/pimping their young.
We both know that a mother is someone who loves, nurtures and PROVIDES for their children as opposed to it being the other way around.
How true! I apologize to all of the real mothers who may have been offended. Just as it takes more to being a father than fertilizing an egg; it takes more to being a mother than providing a womb.

SHHH!!! The Yanquis up north are supposed to provide for them while at the same time being used as scapegoats for all their problems that their own politicians won't fix.

Societal shame. We ridicule "Octomom", crooked state governors, and 'welfare cheats', because she/ they embarrass us. Not all societies have this shame, though....
Goes along with societal guilt. Most places don't have THAT, either...

Agreed. Breeders and sperm donors are cut from the same cloth. Both Calderon and Vincente Fox should run and hide or at least pretend they have enough sense to be ashamed. But of course neither one of them has enough sense to do anything but point fingers and blame the US for the condition of their culturally corrupt people and their piece of land masquerading as a legitimate country.
Anyone with kids knows that they often ask for all sorts of things- a new car, a raise in their allowance, a pet snake, permission to drive to Ft. Lauderdale during Spring Break in a car filled with all their other 17 year old friends, etc. Kids are free to ask for whatever they want, however asking for something does not necessarily mean they are going to get it. Particularly if they are not even YOUR KIDS to begin with. It is bad enough when my own kids hit me up for stuff, but if the neighbor's kids were to come over and ask to borrow the car to drive to the shopping mall AND could they have some spending money?, I would find myself even more annoyed. These kids need to be told to quit bugging us and go ask Uncle Felipe.
