i realy think the time has come to place 50 thousand military troops on the border with mexico!!! we are being invaded and could face a pandemic now or in the future.. what do you think am i alone with this??

Why would you do that? Wasting the time of those young soilders, they join cause they come from hick towns or dont have futures to go to foreign lands and make something of themselves. They join to go to Japan, , Hawaii, etc, I wouldnt join if they were going to throw my ass to Arizona, that place sucks. The heat, the desert, ugh. Plus everyone knows the real terrorist come in with student Visas and living up here in Detroit I get all races and most of these middle eastern people come in through Canada. When was the last time a Mexican bombed something. Drug cartels? How about arresting people who actually smoke the sticky icky instead, that would keep people from selling it. Also tax dollars? How about bring REAL jobs back and stop buying toyotas and buying walmart, ugh.

Just because a terrorist act hasn't occured YET by terrorsts coming through our southern border doesn't mean it won't happen. It is ridiculous to claim that terrorists will enter this country in the exact same way each time. The FBI Director has already stated that there have been OTM's (other than Mexicans) from known terrorist countries that have entered through our southern border and disappeared into our country. As porous as our southern border is it a tragedy just waiting to happen.

As for drugs, both the supplier and user are guilty and they are both breaking the law. I am all for bringing jobs back to the U.S. and that also means kicking illegal aliens off the ones they are holding here.

how is it dumb thinking terrorist wont keep on their same routine. before sept 11 the trade center was already bombed in the basements. how many people have we caught still trying to blow up planes. terrorist dont have an imagination , that is why their stupid enough to sucide bomb themselves and not question top ranking members as to why they dont do it themselves. if you told me to kill myself id tell you, you go first.

im with you, we need to put our oxygen mask on before helping others, i just feel our priority lies elsewhere when it comes to fixing america, its a political war not a gun border war. we need to tax this free trade crap because we're losing jobs too quick over seas, free trade will be the economic death if our country, buy american!

How is it not logical to think that terrorists will continue to be creative to make their way into our country? I don't get where you think they are dumb and unimaginative. It took some imagination just to do what they have done already. What is dumb is not protecting all of our borders, ports, airspace and plugging the biggest holes. The biggest gaping hole is our southern border. Did you miss the part of my post where I said that the FBI Director has stated that many OTM's from known terrorist countries have already snuck in through our southern border and disappeared into our country? Apparently so.

As I said in another post, you really need to educate yourself on all of the dangers and pitfalls of uncontrolled illegal immigration into our country.

i did read what you said about the fbi director, have you read the yahoo, cnn, article on how the head of c.i.a. is proud about spreading lies and giving flase information to get us in iraq? i dismiss your comment with intelligence reports.

I see, so the FBI Director was lying? Why would that be? If anything many in our government don't want us to know who and what is coming through our southern border so we don't panic. Show me some government sources that call Robert Mueller, the FBI Director a liar.

So guarding all of our borders, ports, etc. is pulling the trigger before anything happens? Do you wait till a robber enters your home before you lock the door?

I never called Mexicans terrorists (although the drug cartels certainly are). I said it was the OTM's (other than Mexicans) that we have to worry about terroristic activity from. However, we should be turning back ALL illegal entrants at our borders. It is still a violation of our immigration laws to enter our country illegally whether you are a terrorist or not.
