Huh? What problems? The immigrants are all here legally and can prove it so there won't be any problems, right?

It’s a disgrace that our government is harassing innocent immigrants. Oh wait. . . . they’re not “immigrants" they’re illegal aliens. In that case, carry on.

Well, it's not actually the bought off fed gov that's harassing innocent immigrants, it's just a measly state gov. Not to worry.

I feel so sorry for the poor criminals who are being victimized by these abhorrent restrictions.

This is the problem with white liberal guilt: it can sometimes weaken perception. To wit: "All illegal immigrants are "victims" and should be protect from . . . uh . . . hmmm . . . let's see . . . oh right! . . . from their illegal status."

Disclaimer: I am a white liberal.

If I were a legal immigrant who had filled out reems of paperwork, paid my large fees and waited my turn to enter this country I would be furious that politicians and groups like the ACLU cannot or willnot make the distinction between legal and illegal, fair and unfair and lawabiding and criminal.
It must be incredibly frustrating....

I know lots of immigrants who are beyond livid. They all complied with our laws, and waited years to become proud citizens of this country. Now, we have foreign invaders that don’t give a damn about our laws or our country; who expect to be rewarded for violating our laws. How people can condone this, is beyond me.
