Prostitution is legal in Mexico. Children in the sex industry is somewhat the norm in any border town. This mentality is common in 3rd world countries. One thing that doesn't help is that most immigration is by Mexico's lowest class people.

Not all Mexicans live like this, the middle class generally has good values and doesn't live like this at all but then that's why they aren't pouring over the border and filling up the welfare offices and having babies at age 14 and every year after.

If there was indeed a marriage, the judge or priest participating should also be arrested since this involved a sale of a young girl. I doubt that there was marriage. If a white hillbilly or black ghetto father traded a daughter for beer, it would be called what it was.

California allows for marriage of girls younger than 18 with parents' consent but was that actually done? California doesn't have common law, so to me it looks like the news media is claiming there was a wedding when there wasn't one at all. Political correctness to the max.
