YouTube - Eglis

Quote:
Eglis, a Guatemalan immigrant is struck by an uninsured motorist, losing her right leg.

Because of her status, she is "uneligible" for programs that would help any other citizen of San Francisco.

Because of the lack of insurance of the motorist, no lawyer will take her case.
This is a surprise for me. I thought SF was aiming to be the ultimate sanctuary city.

Yes, this is a surprise. Where did she get the money for a prosthetic and wheelchair? How many U.S. citizens have been maimed or killed by illegal aliens driving without a license or insurance? She wants money, plain and simple. She should return home.

A nice busride on the ICE bus might have been in order. Criminal.

Agreed. After she gets home she should sue the country of the illegal alien who injured her for damages. We owe her nothing.

While this is a tragedy, it is just another example of the reality that if she hadn't been in the US illegally, the odds are she may not have been injured and she might still have 2 legs. Americans are being killed, maimed and tortured by illegal aliens daily and are dealing with that travesty every single day.

Awweeee poor woman. Look at those poor kids, they are little victims at the hands of the ruthless, racist American government.

This almost sounds like a story I heard a while back where a bank robber was hit and almost killed by a drunk driver, and he was taken to jail right after he got out of the hospital. This woman committed a crime by coming to this country illegaly, and now she is paying the price. You pay no taxes, you get no benefits.

I swear; reading between the lines more and more............methinks that SF ain't so safe for illegals anymore. As if they are no longer the 'pet of the week' for the Frisco (non) Libs.

In light of the fact that financially the entire state of Cali is in a perpetual mudslide, I'm not surprised. They are dismantling the prisons in LA in anticipation of saving billions and in preparation of deportation of illegal aliens as we speak. If mexico thinks they had reason to panic when their first batch of nationals returned, they ain't seen nothing yet.

But remember, these illegals are just here for a better life, and to say anything wrong or negative about them is xenophobic of you.
