To make a poll legitimate, you can't just include the options YOU want, there definitely should have been a "they will never be legalized" option.
This an internet poll so it would not be legitimate no matter what I do, for a poll to be legitimate the polled individuals must not be volunteers.
Second, judging from the fact that people (a great majority) tend to have kids, and kids born in the U.S. are citizens, and citizen are able to ask for their relatives at 21 years of age. The option of them not being able to turn legal at some point is somewhat of an improbability, hence, not included in the poll. At some point, their kids will legalize them, even if they are repatriated/self-deport.
The option "they will never be legalized" would be a fictitious option.

If this is the case, and it's that easy, I wonder why there are still so many who are not legalized? If amnesty never passes, and said individuals never apply/qualify for citizenship, then they will NEVER become legalized.
