We have many gates (border crossings) and we have a fence. What we don't have are the bouncers to remove the party crashers that feel entitled to the food and entertainment at the party.

There will always be people who won't pay the admission fee and try to sneak in the back door. These same people will always have an excuse why they should be allowed to crash the party and not be removed.

We're gonna need bigger bouncers.
