Utterly amazing, - all this fandango about rotting fruits & vegetables because of a scarcity of crop pickers. What’s preventing you from doing some critical thinking regarding this issue? What’s preventing growers from paying more for field labor instead of bellyaching that our Border Patrol is doing its job? Why are you & the other senators messing into the free market by attempting insure a steady supply of low-cost illegal labor? Why should innocent American taxpayers be forced to pick-up the horrendous educational & health costs of these illegals and their families just so reprehensible growers can be assured of an endless supply of foreign workers?
