So why isn't Mexico more welcoming of it's own people when they are returned home? You see them complaining all the time about us sending their own people back.

Mexico is only interested in the remittances illegals faithfully send. Once they can no longer feed their economy through illegal employment in the U.S., they become expendable. If the U.S. didn’t safely return illegals to Mexico, and forced them to return the same way they came, the Mexican government wouldn’t care if they all drowned in the Rio Grande.

Well, like someone else mentioned, partly its the remittances.

However, I dont see them complaining when their arrive. They are actually very happy and some even party for long. The government has even aided those that return back with supplies to farm, money, etc. The goverment has spent resources on educating people on the dangers of immigranting illegally. I dont buy the who ethnic cleansing thing. If the government really did not care, they would not spend money on teaching them to read, write and talk Spanish. Some people even attend bilingual education.

If there is an partying involved when these migrants return to Mexico it is family and friends that are doing so, not the government. The Mexican government encourages their citizens to migrate to the U.S. they do not discourage them.

What has providing their citizens with an education have to do with anything?
