Mexico is showing signs of dying and; it would not wise to ignore an unstable country smack dab next door to the USA easily accessed via land. Either we wall Mexico off or we annex large swaths of it-------with the blessings of an increasingly pissed/frightened Mx populace who no longer put any faith in their present government.

However, we know that that these attributes do not commit the rape, rather its the individual. The word "can" implies that there is uncertainty. The reason is because more intrinsic variables play a bigger role (mental health, stability, etc.) vs. these larger groupings.
So that's why your logic is flawed. It's simply too broad.

You are def. confused...you are thinking about yourself. It's funny since you, to put it bluntly, have among the worst arguments and present them in such a horrible manner that it kind derserves to be mocked.
For example your main argument concerning models of cultural assimilation was "I'm American, thus I inherently know". So I mean, I put up nonsensical arguments?

Benicar, we don't have know for a fact. What we do know is that on the average Hispanics typically fall at the national median for incarceration. The data does not state whether legal or not. Hispanics do comprise the majority of illegal immigrants. Roughly 16% of Hispanics in the US are illegal (since Hispanics constitute 15% of the US population and illegal immigrants are numbered about 10 million). So it stands to reason illegal immigrants are MOST likely to follow the majority of Hispanics. Therefore, MOST likely illegal immigrants are incarcerated at the national average. 16% is big enough to skew the data towards being higher or lower than the national average (7.5 million people).
We know that economics play a structural role in crime. We know that mental health plays an individual role in crime (can be tied back to economics, since one is less likely to recieve treatment if one is lower in the socio-eonomic stratum). Yet, we don't know how illegal immigration plays in violent crimes (rape, murder, assult).
You make this entirely too easy. These are a few of the countless rapes and DUIs committed by illegal aliens.
