This was only the 2nd time in 2009 the network finished 5th, with the first time coming in March. Dobbs’ 7pmET hour finished 4th in the demo and 3rd in total viewers.

It's no surprise at all. Once the 'latino' activists, NCLR, Lulac, the ACLU and such luminaries as Luis Gutierrez and Ruben Navarette begin circling like a flock of vultures protected by Political Correctness, it is only a matter of time. This will be widely celebrated as a great victory by non-English speaking people with 7th grade educations everywhere.
Not really celebrated by the non-English speaking people. I dont even think many know Dobbs or even watch him. It was celebrated as a great victory but more like the college educated, middle class people of the US who invested time, money and energy into it. It involved a group of people of all cultures and ethnicities, a group of organizations who trully believe this person was giving false information and contributing to a spread of hate.

Either case, I dont think we have seen the last of Dobbs. I'm sure he will come back with more energy and ready to keep the public misinformed.
For someone who complains the pro-illegal advocates came down hard on him...when all they were doing at first was trying to clear up the misinformation given by L.D. I think L.D. was pretty harsh as well.

The media was not dictated by non-citizens. Look at the website I provided. Those are all American organizations and not all are of one particular ethnicity. AA, Asians, Africans, Caucasians (Americans) were also involved in this cause. The reason Lou Dobbs was singled out was for his use of hate fear mongering language toward Latinos, mostly.

His "Fear mongering" language amounted to wanting the country's border security laws to be upheld.. Mr. Dobbs advocated for LEGAL immigration and was anti-Illegal alien..
That said, the groups represented on the website are mainly left-wing organizations with a vested interest in Illegal Immigration and many of them ethnocentric that use racially identifying terms in their name... Illegal Aliens and their lobbyists and supporters launched a smear campaign against Mr. Dobbs in an attempt to silence him.. It all amounts to the defense of people that entered the U.S. Illegally and in many cases commit criminal acts.

You must remember that the anti-Hispanic/Latino crowd don't consider Hispanic/Latino Americans as U.S citizens.
