I have a better idea: how about armed US military personnel with authority to use their weapons if someone crossing the Rio Grande refuses to stop when ordered to do so.
Maybe we can whack a few narcos as well.
That does happen in Mexico, if the people try to run a military checkpoint, they are shot.
The US economy has collapsed, unemployment is 30%, and the government is falling apart. In desperation, the army seizes power, suspends the constitution, and dismisses the government. The new ruler declares as one of his first acts to fix the crisis, to make all illegal aliens enemies of the state. Futhermore, he retroactively strips citizenship from all descendants of illegals, and their children as well, and authorizes anyone to arrest and/or kill them should they be discovered.
If finally given the opportunity, would you yourself use force to finally drive the invaders and their spawn out of our land for good?
Would it be ok if this liberal said "F##K YEAH I would fight against illegals!"?
Where you've been all this time, I have been trying to tell our friends in this forum that the migrant workers are here to strengthten our economy from the base, agriculture is still our number one economy sector, and with all the technology and manufacturing jobs leaving us, we better make sure that our agriculture is strong, we should tend a red carpet across the rio grande for our migrant workers......
It would make more sense for American growers to continue to turn to mechanization to harvest their crops. Even though there are crops that are more difficult to harvest with machinary, the majority of our crops can be harvested this way.

If mechanization was cost effective don’t you think farmers would have done this already? Why give farmers so little credit? Agriculture is about the only efficient industry we have left in America. Farmers use migrant workers to pick the fruits and vegetables that are not conducive to mechanization.

About 2-3% of illegals are involved in agriculture. So; there is no 'need' for the remaining 97% of the above--------especially in this recession.
