Ya, all the Pro-Illegals chanting we would have had an amnesty for the criminal aliens by 2008. Didn't happen, not in 2009 either. Now it looks like amnesty is a sham.

Some type of patch work path to citizenship will barely legalize anyone. That's the way it should be. The rest of the criminals can continue to live in fear as they are fair game for deportation.

What we should be doing is using E-verify for Parents who try to use social services through their kids. If they aren't legal deport them.

Default 10.2 % or...........

Is the unemployment rate really at 10 % , or is it even worse than advertised ?

"According to the government's broadest measure of unemployment, some 17.5 percent are either without a job entirely or underemployed. The so-called U-6 number is at the highest rate since becoming an official labor statistic in 1994.
The number dwarfs the statistic most people pay attention to—the U-3 rate—which most recently showed unemployment at 10.2 percent for October, the highest it has been since June 1983."
