These inmates only came here for a better life. They saw that there were crimes that most americans wouldn't commit. They tried to fill the gap and now we are punishing them for it. Sigh whats an illegal to do?

Indeed. The costs are evident, and the government can no longer remain in denial. The taxpayers have had enough of this unnecessary burden. If this can happen in MD, which was essentially a sanctuary state, it can happen anywhere.
