Oh, leave the poor guy alone. He only used a bogus card to seek a better life in this country. To think otherwise, is simply racism.

The FBI was led to 36-year-old Juan Barrera by an anonymous caller who claimed Barrera was planning to fire a rocket launcher at a Metro train, according to an affidavit recently filed in Greenbelt's federal court.
Meanwhile, the FBI is investigating Barrera for identity fraud, court documents said.
The returned warrants show that Barrera kept $21,200 in cash at the bank along with a Panamanian birth certificate issued for Barrera's alias, Antonio Armando Acuna. They also found a fake Social Security card in that name and a D.C. driver's license.
Barrera reportedly told authorities he used the bogus Social Security card to get the driver's license and secure his U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development subsidized apartment, court documents said. A property manager for Brookland Manor Apartments told authorities Barrera paid his rent for one year in advance.

Simple. The pro illegal side resorts to lies, slander, etc. to try to get their way whenever a true blue American makes a stand. Anymore; my rebuttal to illegal aliens is that they are criminal losers-----------which leaves the pros speechless.
I’m glad to see pro-illegals have not tried to defend his reprehensible behavior. However, he is only one of many illegals scamming the system. I hope pro-illegals realize, their indiscriminate support of illegal immigration includes this man and millions like him.
This man would have received a “path to citizenship” under his alias, just as amnesty will legalize many similar miscreants who manage to fall under the radar. Not only will amnesty import poverty, but it will also afford the scum of the earth legal access to the citizens of this country.
