The Bush administration unveiled a revised rule Friday threatening businesses with prosecution unless they fire employees identified in government records as possible illegal immigrants, offering a new explanation but virtually no change in content from the regulation that a San Francisco federal judge blocked in October.
So the Unions and the illegal Immigrant groups are opposed to this plan...........Is that a problem???????

I don't really care about how or why it is happening I just happy to hear that the message is hopefully getting through to the powers that be that the Citizens are getting fed up.....when they square this away then they need to get our jobs back into the United States.
Yesterday I went shopping with my daughter to walMart and K Mart. I was looking at the labels in the clothes, Not one was made in the USA, there was Bangladash, Tiwan, China Mexico, Honduras, Phillipiens, and a few others I can't remember. I guess I should give them a bit of credit though because some labels said made with US fabric......I'm not sure if that meant the fabric was made in the US shipped over to those countries, made into clothes and then shipped back to the US to be sold here.
We also went to Burlington coat Factory and I actually did see a few things Made in the USA.
2nd try on this. Let's hope the stinking judges don't put the brakes on this one too. Afterall, it's pretty sorry when the feds actually try to enforce the laws only to be met with opposition and liberal judges.
Its very sad but true. We have very few things made in the USA. Everyday more companies decide to take their business overseas in order to take advantage of cheaper labor costs. The funny thing is, they bring the production back to the US because is here were they make the profit!!!!
So, companies are laying off thousands of American employees by moving their production overseas. Well, then out of the taxes paid by lucky Americans that still have a job, we have to support the system and the employees laid off. Eventually we wont have any local production and our economy will collapse.
I suggest something that may fix the problem, any company that took their production overseas, whenever they bring the merchandise back to the US for sale, they should pay outrageous taxes to compensate somehow the huge social debt they've created.
But again, we need to do this together, we need to get rid of the cheapy illegal employees already working in America. Then we need to legislate about American factories outside the US enjoying cheap labor.
Then we will have our jobs back and the economy will be stronger.
