How do you determine who is an illegal immigrant, simply by looking at them? (license, illegal immigrants)

Seriously, I want to know. If you're a cop, and its now part of your job to search people for documentation

if reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the U.S.

How do you get the reasonable suspicion. Whats the first visual thing you'd look for.

You look at their behavior.Nothing to do with race..Illegals behave much different that those of us who are legal. Theres your answer, sorry its not the one you want..lol

I've seen illegal immigrants. Other than the few who stand in front of Wal-Mart taking pictures (seriously, I saw this) most of them act like any other person does.

Iam considered a right wing nut job but this law is really crazy If Illegals had 3 heads 6 arms and pink feet Hey no problem but when alot of the citizens look the same as the Illegals how is the state of AZ not going to be sued. Kinda like me going to Ireland and be asked for my license or ID card

I think they should check everyone, not be biased like in random drug testing generate names. But, honestly I think they will go for skin color.

The City of Phoenix has taken that determiination out of the hands of the Officer. They will be required to challenge EVERYONE's Citizenship. So it won't matter if you are a Mexican or an elederly jewish granny, you will have to prove you are here legally

So, not only will americans have to go through hour long security checks at airports, but when going to for a cup of coffee and the morning paper as well.

And these are the same people who yell and scream about "taking their country back." Well you can have it, the country that you want back bears no resemblance to any that I ever lived in.
