I was thinking maybe Bush didn't pardon these guys due to political reasons related to the amnesty legislation. Maybe now that the amnesty proposal has been defeated Bush will pardon these agents.

They didn't do anything wrong, and they were putting their lives on the line to protect this country. They don't deserve to be treated like this.
