LOL, why would someone get arrested for exercising their 2nd amendment right of forming a well organized militia?

I'm more worried about the Sheriff's description of our friendly invaders from our southern border. no wonder Arizona feels it must defend itself. the Feds will do nothing

First of all, Its not a "well organized Militia" is a "well regulated militia" That the Constitution states can be established. Arizona has done that in establishing the Arizona State Guard. Enormous difference.

Anyone can camp on the border and play soldier, that of course is not against the law. The short-lived group the Minute men proved that. This Band of Bumbling Brothers are in no way well regulated, well organized, or even a true militia.

Other than the controversial members of the MM (whose numbers are few) the majority of them helped the Border Patrol immensly and followed the law.
