Ok this is a 2 part question....I need answer plz.

In the 1980's Reagan screwed up by giving amnesty to roughly 3 to 4 million illegal aliens (mostly all Mexican and probably closer to 5 mil.) and now the Dems. say our borders are secure and they are talking again about amnesty of roughly 10 million illegals(my azz that number is probably closer to 15 to 20 million...again mostly Mexican)......

1st question: Has any country on this planet ever given amnesty to so many people(20 to 25 million)? Hmmmmmmmm.

2nd question: If you figure that the illegals again will get amnesty, it would make roughly 20 to 25 million illegals given amnesty in 30 yrs time...that is probably more people given amnesty then "legal citizens" have been able to reproduced in the same period.
So is it right to give 1 ethic grp so much voting power that by rights should'nt even be here?

FYI I love when politicians say "We just cant round them up and deport them".......Why the farge NOT!
Hell we have 500,000 illegals in our jail systems, why not start there!!!!

This is why common sense is DEAD in this country!

The stupidity of politicans and people is truly amazing.

Many people refer to the term amnesty. Is there a legal definition right now? Or is it based on the context of the political protagonist?

Even the Democrats are now touting a secure border before any CIR.

As for the rest of your post: ditto.

It's all about the votes. Dems don't want to lose the Mexican vote and adding a couple of million new citizens wouldn't hurt. Repubs want to keep the Cuban and Central American vote. Notice how there is not a lot of support for the AZ bill from big name Republicans.

For me, that's it in a nutshell. That's all they care about. The rest of us citizens and those legal immigrants can just rot I guess.

Do you even know the definition if amnesty? By your post I would venture to guess that you don't.

So the way I look at it....Illegals have more power in this country then legal citizens do!

Why do I say that....You have some moron state politicans and business saying they will boycott Arizona................BUT BUT BUT every poll shows 70% or more of the people of this country want illegals OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a American citizen I couldnt get my state politican to do jack sh*t!

So yes illegals have more power then illegals.

Sad

Since when have they ever listened to the people? Not much in my long lifetime. We don't make the headlines.
