wait a minute.......I read right in this forum that the Arizona law was UNCONSTITUTIONAL cause a claifornia perfersor said so

It does not over step Federal laws.

Local police enforce federal law all the freak'n time.

Possession of Marijuana, is a federal law, as is possession of Cocaine.
