LMAO Unreal, I think the employer should get shut down and the Illegal should get deported

Illegal Immigrant To Sue Employer After Work Injury - San Diego News Story - KGTV San Diego

"In 2005, the California Supreme Court ruled illegal immigrants are entitled to workers’ compensation benefits." WTF

On another note, that **** sucker employer (Michell Hunter) is a big part of why we have such a big problem with Illegals.....and to think he's probably one of those spineless conservatives(ie; gov. Rick Perry) that will not take a stand against Illegals

As much as I am against illegal immigration, I think that man should sue his employer for a huge sum of money and happily retire to his home country.

Maybe if more employers were hit with huge lawsuits by injured illegals, the imagined financial benefits of luring them here would dissipate.

Agreed, I hope the guy gets a sum of cash and is shown the door. I also hope the employer can't get insurance without paying out the nose.

Now deport him WITHOUT attending to his injuries. They have drained enough out of us.

How are they illegal immigrants if they can do all these "wonderful' things?

Okay, if they can collect compensation after being an illegal immigrant, then why can't they just be legalized in the first place? I mean they're already half way there with that law....

Come on California, stick with the program.

If you are against illegal aliens, you should support the right for illegals to sue employers and get workers comp.

Well said, they should have Special Courts where those that knowingly hire Illegals can be sued all day and forced to pay any settlements within 30 days. These employers chose to break the laws and shouldn't expect the Law to protect their criminal involvement.
