Back in the 1930s the USA had the WPA. It was a works projects program
that put thousands of men to work. They built roads, bridges, camp grounds,ETC all over this country. These men were provided housing and a wage to live on. If an illegal would step forward and work for a revived "WPA"
than they could work towards citizenship. If this program was in place, and someone refused to go to work for our government, then they should be put
in prison for no less than 5 years.
