What we have is zero effective enforcement. Just enough minimum enforcement to be able to say that some enforcement is being done. A few dog and pony shows for the sheeple. Several million illegals breaking in every year and we deport just a fraction of that amount. No completed double layered fence and not enough forces along the border to reduce the breakins down to a trickle. That's called zero effective enforcement.

You have very low standards as to what constitutes effective enforcement don't you? There are no real credible numbers because breakin numbers are estimated as a percentage of illegals that got past the BP compared to the ones apprehended. In addition, the numbers estimated by the same fed gov that has failed miserably to effectively stop illegal immigration are going to be naturally keep artificially low to keep themselves from looking so bad. There is no reason in the world to not put enough forces along to border immediately to reduce breakins to a mere trickle.

You obviously don't know the border region if you think none come to commit auto theft. It's a big crime along the border because the human traffickers and drug smugglers generally don't purchase vehicles they use in these crimes, they steal them.
Many people think all the violence in Juarez is only about drug traffickers - many thousands of them, but you have to wonder why so many have been killed in "mechanic" shops and used auto lots. That's because the cartels and other criminals are also heavily involved in auto thefts and the used parts business.
Look at Phoenix which is now the second kidnapping capital of the world. You really think that's all about American citizens or legal immigrants?
Yes, it's pretty much zero enforcement of the border. Anyone can easily make it over that border, and once they get one toe over the border, the open borders proponents don't want any questions, any deportations, nothing. Once anyone gets one toe over the border, they cannot be asked for ID, they cannot be expected to have a drivers license, they are to be provided any government service they want.

True and they're getting very desperate with that race card, apparently it's the only card they think they have, and it's a poor one.
They want no border enforcement, they want no limits to immigration whatsoever, they could not care less about unemployment rates, falling wage, kidnap capitals. They don't even care what the massive flood of people leaving Mexico is doing to Mexico. They don't want to admit that so they pull the race card.
Many from other nations come across canadian order, it has very few agents and it's wide open . Most places you could bring a convoy of trucks through and nobody would notice . Rumors were some agents radiation detectors went off, but that was pulled off search engine about 3 yr.s ago . Maybe someone here can bring it up .
