Lived here for 30 years. Very little to no growth. Boring, everybody is all about the drama, the police are corrupt. The college is a menace, the roads are trash and the city government is worse at money allocation than my eight year old. Taxes are astronomical, rent is rediculous for what you get. Depressing almost suicidal vibe about the whole town. The dining choices are ok-ish. Mostly a large farm town so the locals are generally friendly. Jobs ehile easy to find are scarsely anything to pay a living wage. Overall, it needs to be blown off the map.
