How old do I have to be pour/mix drinks in Montgomery County? (Springfield: live)

I know most of Illinois requires you to be 18 to serve, but Springfield has a raised ordinance to where you have to be 19 to serve and I think 21 to pour/mix. I am just curious as to how old you have to be to pour/mix in Montgomery county. Thank you.

Best best is to call the city or county police.

The last time I was in bars you had to be 21 to walk in the door, serve it, drink it, or mix it. In restaurants with bars, you had to be 18 to pick up liquor, beer, or wine glasses from an empty tables and take them to the bar to be washed, or walk in the bar for a food order. But if it was a mom & pop owned, the owner's kid could pick up glasses or take orders in the bar a younger age.

Of course the state could have gone lily-livered yellow over serving minors since then and changed the law.
