Or WINO's, as you'd have to have been drunk to vote for a budget like that without structural reforms! I agree that they will pay harshly at the polls.

Rauner's losing downstate Republicans because they're reaching the end of their ropes. He can put forward whoever he wants next year, but it's likely Rauner himself who's going to be ousted.

will be amusing to see what the House actually does..and, in typical fashion, they will take their sweet time and not bother to vote on this emergency today..

Yes, they will be that stupid. Illinois voters are the dumbest in the country and for next election we will have a democratic governor and democratic majorities in senate and house.
