I was curious whom everyone thought was the worst politician in this wonderful state of ours. I will happily throw my vote behind the ultimate kingmaker......Michael Madigan. I know it is an obvious choice, but his 41 year reign and the millions it has provided his law practice, family members, and voters in his district make him the consummate corrupt politician. It is also clear that he will NEVER leave his seat. I know there are countless choices and I definitely would have been comfortable selecting Gov. Pat or Derrick Smith......among dozens more.

Definitely Madigan, but I see no redeeming qualities in the entire Illinois Democratic Party. They run a govt that serves itself instead of the people, have no respect for the people's liberties, no respect for the peoples' homes and money, and have utterly failed the people in every way imaginable, and have failed to run a functional government. Party of the working people LOL.
