I mentioned Pelosi because there is no more detestable person in politics, bar none, and has been involved in pretty much every bad piece of legislation to come out of Congress (after all, you can read it after you pass it). JB is the subject of the thread.
Really? That’s a bad take.

When I see a Biden sign in a neighbors yard, I kind of wonder if:

1) They work for the state or local government
2) They are emotional voters and are bad with mathematics
3) They are on the dole
4) They are anarchists
5) They want socialism
6) They think everyone on the other side is a "racist"

These are the only reasons I can think of that someone would vote JB/Biden/Groot
The biggest reason I've heard is, He's not Trump!

As Patrick Swayze's "Dalton" said in Road House, "Opinions vary".

No offense to yours, but that's mine. Pelosi is a hypocritical lying hag of a Medusa's worst nightmare. The sooner she retires, the better off we'll all be. As to Trump, "Don't hate the player, hate the game". He was never my cup of tea, but compared to Biden? (I mean, President Harris): Trump's my Earl Gray / Chamomile cocktail.

To stay on topic, JB's daughter likely performed well in her out-of-state horse jumping trials, while the rest of our kids can't play ping pong. But he said it was "abusive" (or similar) to talk about his family, LOL. JB, he never misses an opportunity to be a hypocrite himself.

If you can’t see that all politicians are hypocrites you’re either blind or only choose to see what you want to see. That’s not an opinion, it’s a fact...

Politicians are like baseball players: Some are in the Minors, and others are in the Majors. Nancy is in the Hall of Friggin' Fame. Like I said, just my opinion, yours likely varies.

Fault them for what, following the law? That's why a flat tax without loopholes is fair. If there's a 5% flat tax and you make $100, you pay $5, if you make $1,000,000 you pay $50,000. "Everyone" is taxed at the same rate.

Fine by me but ask yourself why this hasn’t been done at the federal level. In no world should you and I be paying more in federal income taxes than Donald Trump and JB Pritzker. The game is rigged, man. Always has been and always will be until we stop making excuses like “fault them for what?”

Pritzker is doing a good job with Covid but I will be voting no on his misleading proposed graduated tax. If you read the fine print it includes being able to raise taxes on any group of tax payers with no limits or accountability. They don't have to spend our tax dollars on essentials like health care, etc.

That's a hell no for me. Get the spending and corruption under control first. We now have the longest term in history for our mafia speaker of the house. He's refusing to testify before a special committee looking into his machine bribery business as usual Democratic tactics that are ruining this state through graft and corruption.

Pritzker? He gets an F on this one.

No, because...

A) We are in a recession.
B) It did not include any property tax reforms or protection, which in my opinion, are the taxes that are most out-of-line. Actually, our income and sales taxes are the same, or lower than those across the Missouri border. If they had included some constitutional cuts for property tax payers, I would've called it a fair trade and voted yes.
