Here is web site for Peoria Charter. They go to the airports. You can get the ell from either airport to downtown.

Departure City Choice

You might want to check Amtrak.

Amtrak used to stop in Bloomington. I know it does stop in Lincoln and in Galesburg and probably Springfield. .

I know Peoria Charter stops at ISU, not sure where to buy tickets from. Amtrak stops in Normal.

Hmm...long-dead post revived by a first-timer is a red-flag for possible spam-bot, but the question is relevant so I'll bite.

Grab Amtrak at Normal. Get off at Union Station in Chicago. Catch a local bus or train to the airport. Faster and cheaper.

May be cheaper, but not faster than taking the Peoria Charter.

Where does Peoria Charter pick up in Normal? It is the second busiest Amtrak stop in Illinois. There are two Amtrak routes in/out Normal. One is more like an express route and carries more students.

I thought Peoria Charter picks up at ISU, at least that's what I recall, but someone would need to check their schedule/brochure for certain.
