Country was Country Wide and it WAS is big financial trouble not too long ago.

COUNTRY Financial was NEVER Countrywide and was NEVER in financial trouble.. Get your facts straight.

As a former customer, I can say the company is probably satble and probably profitable. If you are thinking about working in Bloomington you will probably like it. There are some very good schools in B-N, and has a whole it is a good place to raise a family.

As a customer I disliked this companies policy of over-rating and being forced into a lifetime relationship with a agent I did not like, and into a lifetime relationship with a Farm Bureau I did not wish to support. I learned this after the fact when I wished to bring my poslice to my local office. It did not keep a customer it lost the revenue from three policies.

It is one thing to work for them and quite another to become a customer. I assume the agent is much happier with the mew arrangement. I am quite sure I am.

I know these post are older, but I am in the interviewing process with Country Financial and I could use all the tips I can get about the type of questions I might be asked. If you have any tips, or advice for me please e mail me michellebarker1313yahoo.com thanks Michelle

Country is a friggin joke. Been there for almost 8 years and they are now kicking me to the curb with a wife and two kids because I dont sell enough life insurance. I don't even have goals or benchmarks but I guess they feel they hold all the cards. We'll see. Better lawyer up boys.
