CNN says it has something to do with the corruption investigation and some audio tapes that have surfaced... (surprise, surprise... a corrupt politician... and in Illinois, no less... what's this world coming to?)

A huge, sad chapter will finally be coming to its conclusion.

Milorad, like Ryan, is simply NOT a very good crook. There are people that have figured out how to make sure that they NEVER get close to anything indictable, but still make out like BANDITS. These two were PENNY ANTE money grubbers, shamelessly slurping up tiny dribbles in "campaign funds" and a pathetic effort to seem like "big men" by surrounding themselves with midgets...

We should be INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL to US Attorney Pat Fitzgerald for ridding the decent people of Illinois of these vermin and go only hope he continues to ferret out the truly devious SOBs that continue to line their pockets at our expense!

By different, do you think he meant "much, much worse"?

Corruption in the Illinois Governor's office. It's happened before and it will happen again. Considering that I've lived all my life in Illinois, this doesn't surprise me. Corruption in Illinois politics has been embedded for decades.

In my lifetime, I've seen 3 Illinois governors Otto Kerner, Dan Walker and George Ryan go to jail. Can we make it number 4?
