Examples please. I grew up next to Von Steuben school which boarders PH and explored all these "bad areas" as a kid. My parents still live there and I visit back all the time. I'm astonished that you would make a comment like this because in 33 years, I've yet to find these "bad areas" you mentioned.

Default It depends upon your income and where you live.

Do you have children? What kind of money do you want to spend on rent? Generally speaking you do not have to live in East Peoria if you don't want to unless your job demands it. .

I went to school there too in the good old days. I think Forest Hill and north is still pretty good, but wnen you go south and west say of of Wilcox you can get into some pretty sketchy areas. It wasn't that way in the '40s, though.
