My fiance and I are starting to look at houses to buy, in the Brown County area. He grew up there, and I am moving out there from Dayton, OH. I have fallen in love with Brown County.
I can't help but notice (especially out near Lake Lemon/St Rt 45) there are QUITE a few houses that seem to have been abandoned. They seem like prize fixer uppers, but it looks like someone just up and left and never came back, and almost none of them have for sale signs on the property. I am wondering if anyone knows why that is?
