I am working from home, so I will not take a picture now, but the tree in my neighbor's backyard is sagging on his cable wire between the house and the line. I put the odds at 3:1 that he loses his cable today.

I'm working from home as well. My wife, on the other hand, had to go into the office for a few hours this morning, and I'm hoping she'll be home by lunchtime and get ahead of the big storm.

So far nothing but rain down here in SW IN. But we were supposed to have a high around 50 and it's not moved from 35 since early this morning. In fact, I think it might have been warmer than that when I woke up.

Everyone stay safe!

Yeah. My worry is that the temps are starting to fall already. I don't think they were expecting that. But it's better than what you've got.

How old is your Ash? When we lived in Texas we had an ash survive a pretty bad ice storm. It was pretty young, though, and it came out okay.

The birch and the ash are almost 20 years old. The birch is dipping down pretty low, but they are so flexible ... it's starting to spit ice now. Buckle up!
