this is like a local tradition. every spring we get a flood that closses multiple roads, including a major highway, indiana 11. but we see this big flood twice a year, and its become natural. maybe 3 times on occasion. and the flood can go for miles, and miles. its just terrible

are any other towns this bad? just curious

Well, at least the sun is shining in Columbus today ... and Obama is here ... if that kind of thing floats your boat. Did you take the survey about making the town even more pedestrian and bike friendly? I just think this town is a great place for kids.
