Currently we live in northwest Indiana and we are looking to "retire" in about a year or less. My husband is on disability and I'm self employed. We can go anywhere (affordable) as long as I have internet access. We are looking for scenic country, hills, rocks, trees, but we're on a budget as well. Need to know there is a health clinic not too far away. Don't want any city life but don't want to be too isolated, either. Am I asking too much?

Thank you everyone for your input. What you don't know about us is how nature-orientated we are. We are planning a trip to the Brookville area this fall. Nature trails, clear fishing waters and dark skies at night--so we can see the stars.
