Relocating over the summer and need to know if there are any apartment complexes who more likely to rent to someone new in town without a local job history. I am willing to pay up to 3 months rent in advance if necessary to obtain a lease.

Turtle Creek Apartments is probably one of the more reputable apartments in town where you can get a short-term lease. Most of the other complexes will try to sign you up for a long-term lease with penalty clauses. With the high unemployment in the area, apartment managers are desperate now allow less than desirable tenants to move in. Unfortunately, this increases the likelihood of you having problems with management as well as with other tenants. I have never heard of any problems with Turtle Creek.
