My issue with Comcast out here in Noblesville is that I can not get a 5 minute viewing of ESPN/2 in HD as it just constantly pixalates and I already had them out there once since having install (2 weeks ago) and TNT/TBS is the same thing.

I can not wait till UVerse comes out here.
Just this past weekend I was thinking about switching to ATT. At I put together a package that is very very close to what I have with comcast. I even took a 4mbps hit on the down speed ( i have 16mbps on the down and ATT doesn't have that, its either 12 or 18 and their 18 was $55). Comcast still came in $15 cheaper.

As for your pixilated picture. How old is your cable box? I had the same problem with another cable operator when I lived in NY. They finally had to bring in some specialists to figure out the problem. There's only so much that can be done from the CSR chair and the regular run of the mill cable tech has a limit too. These guys are like the Mr. Wizard of cable. I'd ***** and moan! You pay for the service AND you pay for the HD cable box. Which I think is wrong! These boxes (the right ones) have the capability of sensing an HD signal. Good Luck with your venture!

I have no idea how old the box is but it's becoming a weekly call to corporate since these people here do nothing. Corporate executives have been crediting my account left and right but that still doesn't help with me not viewing channels and the list continues to grow of channels that are either pixilated or don't show up at all

The thing that stinks is that that my 30 day guarantee is up tomorrow and still no UVerse in the area

Brighthouse, hands down, if you are in an area served by them. Comcast sucks in my opinion, and UVerse requires you to have hardware for every TV. BH is the only carrier in the area that I know of that still broadcasts basic cable on analog signals, meaning that you don't have to have a set-top box to watch over 100 channels.
