Hi

I was wondering if anybody knew anything about these apartments. I can't find any reviews online about them. Thanks.

Reverie Estates

Reverie Estates

From the website, it appears there are several communities...which one are you looking into?

I too am looking for reviews of Reverie Estates.

Specifically, these two properties:

Courts of Monon
Reverie Estates - Apartment Unit Listings
3609 Balsam Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46205

Village @ Fall Creek
Reverie Estates - Apartment Unit Listings
3534 E Fall Creek Pkwy N Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46205

Are these two areas in a safe place of Indianapolis? They're about 10 minutes northeast of the center of the city.

The apartments themselves are very nice but the surrounding houses seem a little rundown.

Thanks in advance!

I read a review of the Village @ Fall Creek once that said, "My apartment is beautiful, but I'm terrified to go outside", and there were others of the same ilk.

There is no way I would live in either. It is not because of the apartments since I do not really know what they are like inside. It is the location for each.

I'm moving to Indy soon and also found some nice-sounding apartments with Reverie, but no reviews! There's Essex in Woodruff place, and Piccadilly and the Penn Arts on 16th street. Anyone know anything about these places? Or have other apartments to recommend on the cheaper side in or near downtown?

I hear the ones near downtown are pretty groovy, with excellent walking locations to everything.

We are all happy that Penn Arts was fixed up and is now a rental property. It is right next to the Old Northside historic district with its fancy homes and a couple blocks from a Kroger (not one of the best but they keep promising to improve it). Their ad says 100% leased.

The owner did not get all the financing he wanted so it did not end up a very costly set of rentals. I think window AC are used.

If the rent is good, the renovation is recent, the location is much better than the ones on Fall Creek. The company seems to take some really edge properties in questionable neighborhoods and renovate them. But Penn Arts is very centrally located. It is much better than most of the Zender and Stallard properties.

I am not familiar with the Woodruff Property.
