We are 99.9% sure that Indy is our destination. Currently live in North NJ. I have had 2 phone interviews in Indy already so that's good, but I wanted to ask the board how is the job market for MBA's? What Salaries are companies paying? I know I will probably make less here than in NJ. I'm not an accountant or anything dealing with money. I have spent my whole career in sales and sales management.

Thanks

I cannot speak for salaries, but I have long been of the impression that proven sales performers can always find a home. Am I wrong?

Not sure of the salaries, but yea, you'll make less because the cost of living is substatially less than in NJ. There are salary comparison calculators all over the interwebs ... plunk your 10 salary in there and see how that compares to Indianapolis.

Good luck!!!!

Default I'm here

So far I love it. Live off of Ditch Rd. Very nice quiet area but only a 5 minute drive up to 86 street or 10 minutes maybe to Michigan Rd shopping. I'm very happy I made the move

well i have been here almost 3 months and the job search has been a bit disappointing. I don't mind making less than I made before, but being offered salaries so much less has been disheartening. I am thinking about changing fields completely because of the issue. Anyone hiring a 14 year sales pro/manager with an mba??
