I see your point, but I don't think comparing the United States to China is a valid comparison. Since China has a totalitarian Communist government, it can make whatever laws suit its central committee. The rulers are not, for the most part, accountable anyone except themselves. India, on the other hand, is a more valid comparison, and is worth further comparison.
