I'm sorry to see him leave...he brought alot to the organization and to Indianapolis, but Indy fans are "lucky" enough to be getting a real talent to replace him. Teams like Miami, Denver, SF, Dallas are still trying to replace the great QBs they had at one time, even after many years of trying

do you think PM would prefer to stay in the AFC over the NFC (possibly Redskins, Cardinals)?. I guess having his brother in the NFC might be a factor.
If Houston acquires Manning I think they are definite Super Bowl contenders.

THANK YOU!!! That's what I want to see him do too. As far as what team he will play with, probably one where he doesn't steal Eli's thunder.

I don't see Manning in any kind of coaching position. I don't even think he'd make a decent QB coach. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I think he'd make a great commentator.

Rumor has it he's in Denver right now.

Well they just blew up the rest of the team. I am glad Painter is gone but not the others.

Now I have 4 Colts jerseys that are outdated.

Broncos/Colts fan here. Would love to see him in Denver, but we need more than an elite QB to be Superbowl bound. Peyton has more money than he will ever need, this is about getting another ring. What two teams were an elite QB away from the Superbowl this year? Both Houston and the 49ers are SB ready teams only lacking Manning/Wayne. The same could be said about Baltimore and Atlanta, but neither is ready to admit that their franchise QB is good, not great.

Lest us not forget either the defense as much as the defensive players are loved sucked year in and year out. Granted most of the ballyhoo tends to come from those who do not know football definitely salary cap issues. In order to pay for their draft picks and get a good swath of good free agent players, cap space has to be made.

NFL.com's "stock watch" is showing arrows up for Denver and Arizona and arrows down for New York and Miami.

Fans in Denver are actively campaigning for Manning.

Washington is out of the Peyton sweepstakes, they just traded for the #2 pick so they can take RGIII. He had been projected to go fourth overall.
