That figure does seem like an exaggeration. But it does seem evident that quite a few people from the Chicago area are moving into Marion County.

I have a Toledo Mud Hens shirt, and every time I wear it at least one, usually more, start talking to me about Toledo and what part of Toledo they're from. They are often dissapointed when I say I am not really from Toledo, though I do have a lot of connections to the area and visit often.

Oh well Corruption has a price and if your truely tired of crime in Chicago heres a thought. move to someplace else.
Heck 50,000 Chicagoans moved to Indianapolis in the past 10 years for example.

What makes you think that Marion County does not have corruption?

Interesting map.

Yeah, the 50,000 seems like an extreme exaggeration. The Indianapolis MSA gained 227,000 people from 2000-2010. If Broadrippleguy's stat were true then that would mean that roughly 1 out of ever 4 people who moved into metro Indy from 2000-2010 were from Chicago. There's just no way that's true.
