Has anyone else in the Indianapolis area noticed some tremors due to seismic activity in the last few months? My brother insists that the Wabash Fault line and also the New Madrid are starting to act up and that small tremors are being generated from these faults. Periodically he is checking the US Geological Survey website and said it does show some activity in the region.

There has been an uptick in activity along the Wabash zone; though I've not felt anything recently. Indianapolis felt the earthquake back in 2008 that had an epicenter near Vincennes, but I slept through it.

I remember that one ... I was snoozing on our couch watching the morning news and I felt the first tremor and then the second one rattled my china cabinet. I thought it was a thunderstorm and I looked outside and it was clear and all of a sudden, I heard the news people say "did you feel that?" ...
